The ProClean® Metering System has a high output performance since the whole cross-section is available to the product flow.
It is easy to clean, because there are no movable parts inside the product flow and there are no sharp edges. Vibrators on the filling funnel ensure gradual product flow.
The metering system has 4 operating settings: full feed, dribble feed, closed and cycles.
Towards the end of the metering process two pneumatically controlled bars press against the hose carrying the product. This lowers or shuts off the product current. Metering is possible to an accuracy of several grammes (depending on the size of the device and the product amount). This metering system can be installed and used to shut off material in any metering system.
