If a chain hoist is available we supply a safety table with an outlet connecting system. The safety table is mandatory, because it is forbidden to work under a floating load.
The outlet connecting system has been designed in the form of a double ring system. It protects your employees against hazardous emissions. The FIBC outlet is connected dust-tight before it is opened.
The product flow can be improved by means of a vibration motor.
Agitation unit for poorly flowing products
An agitation unit eliminates product bridges in the outlet area of the FIBC by alternately lifting the outlet corners. As a result, a continual discharge is ensured, even in the case of poorly flowing products. In addition, the agitation unit protects personnel due to extra FIBC security provided.
DischargingFIBCs with Inliners
The FIBC is held up by means of a holding fixture that is attached to the chain hoist.
The pulling force of a rotating drive pulls and stretches the inliner upwards and avoids it being dragged along by the product.
Discharge station for rooms with low height
With the aid of a special holding fixture the height of the discharge station can be reduced to a minimum.
